Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30
a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are open later during holiday seasons, or by request.
We are closed on Sundays.
Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by courteous, highly trained
floral consultants.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order
at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays:

Arbor Gate Florist & Gifts delivery policy
A local delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For
deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee will be $10.00.)

Express Delivery Service: Starting at $ 20.00
Wire-out orders + delivery starting at $ 9.95
Delivery to Randolph Hospital and all area funeral homes $3.95, Monday through Saturday.
Sunday delivery to area funeral homes is $3.95. Sunday delivery to Randolph Hospital
is not available.
U.S. orders must be
received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.
Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.
If your delivery requires a specific time we will be happy to provide you with our
Express Delivery Service for an additional fee.

(for cemeteries, we need detailed instructions.) Also, orders without the recipients phone number cannot be guaranteed.

Arbor Gate Florist & Gifts substitution policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability
of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the
style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to
increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements,
such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the
flower type, but may substitute with another color.
